I’ve not been in town long enough to catch up on work or sleep or my blogging, and still it’s time for the Friday Random Ten. 

Here are the rules, in wording borrowed from myself 8 days ago.  Put (keep?) your iPod (mp3 player) on shuffle and report to the vast wide Internet what songs appear.  Confess your musical sins, such as they are.

Statistical Anomalies: There’s the double MSB whammy, for starters.  And I find it a little funny that my Klaatu obsession is once again brought to light by the exact same song that outed me some five weeks ago.

Seen Live: Josh Rouse.  Discovered him when he was the opening act for the Jayhawks.

Stories to tell: Rent.  There’s more to say.  I promise.

Confessing my many sins: Klaatu.  And Christina.  And nouveau-Sinatra types. And yeah, I listen to county.  And yeah, rap/hip-hop/whatever-it’s-called-today.  And isn’t it especially embarrassing that I listen to a whole genre of music I can’t even name?
