Green pollen has my sinuses throbbing as if to enact the head-splattering scene from Scanners, and yet I have my best customer service face on for the daily throngs.  Luckily, my day has some blocks of desk-time, meaning blissful silence–aside from the song stylings of Frankenpod and today’s Friday Random Ten.*
